How much is shipping and handling?
The charge for domestic shipping and handling is based on your total purchase. Use the following is grid to calculate your shipping cost. This amount will be added to your total during the checkout process. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of your Ned products.

Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship your Neds to wherever you are but our domestic shipping rates do not apply to international orders. If you are purchasing from overseas, please send an email to overseas@neddesign.com. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is our secure online payment processor. With PayPal, you can pay for your order with your credit card, or if you have a PayPal account, you can use your account to pay for your Ned purchase.

I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still buy Neds?
Yes, you no longer need a PayPal account in order to make online purchases through PayPal. You can skip the PayPal account registration and use PayPal to pay by credit card.

Can I pay with a check?
Ned Design accepts personal and corporate checks. Your order will be sent once your check clears. To pay by check, please send an email to orders@neddesign.com.

What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer an exchange or credit for any items that are not completely satisfactory. Returns are accepted only within 30 days of receipt. In your return package please include a copy of your original receipt with a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request. Please ship return to Ned Design, 607 Leksich Ave. Mountain View, CA 94041. For your protection, we recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx ground service, so you have a record of the return. Goods must be returned in perfect condition so please handle item with care. We will credit your PayPal account upon receipt of goods and will email you a confirmation. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Ned Design uses your email and occasionally your telephone number exclusively to communicate with you regarding your order.
